Basic Uses

1. Potting the junction boxes of solar modules
2. Potting the wind turbines, motors, air cooler machines and other large electromechanical equipment for watertight, thermal dissipation and buffer purposes

Colours
GUIBAO 4808 part A is available in white or black fluid, and part B in clear or shallow yellow liquid. It is white or black fluid after mixing.

Packaging
GB4808 is available in kits: Part A in plastic pails (12kg), part B in plastic pails (2kg); or Part A in plastic pails (3kg), part B in plastic cartridges (300ml, 0.5kg).

Storage and Shelf Life
GB4808 should be stored in original unopened containers over temperature from 4ºCto 27ºC and be kept away from rain or direct sunshine. GB 4808 has a shelf life of 9 months from the date
of manufacture. GB 4808 is non-hazardous for transportation.

How to Use
Mix part A base to Part B curing agent at a ratio of 6:1 by weight or 4:1 by volume, and then pot the mixture into the parts of substrates where needed, place at room temperature for initial curing for about 2~4 hours before conducting the next procedure. If precipitation occurs in Part A, just stir it well before use, and this does not affect the performance of the sealant.

When using automatic dispensing machine, set at a ratio of 6:1 by weight or 4:1 by volume of part A to Part B for a test first and then put into use.

Safety Information

1. GB 4808 is a chemical product, not edible, no implantation into body and should be kept away from children.
2. Should uncured silicone sealant contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical treatment if irritation persists.
3. Avoid prolonged periods of exposure of skin to uncured silicone sealant.
4. Good ventilation is necessary for work and cure places.
