Features
GUIBAO DJ310 hotmelt butyl sealant is a one part sealant used for the primary seal of insulating glass. It is solvent free, non-foggy, lasting plasticity; able to retain its plasticity and seal performance within a wide range of temperatures without surface crack or hardening. It exhibits excellent adhesion to glass, aluminum alloy, galvanized steel and stainless steel. Its low moisture transmittance enables it, together with elastic sealants, to form an excellent moisture resistant system.

GUIBAO DJ310 is available in cardboard cylinders with a diameter of 180mm, 7kg per piece,4 pieces per carton.
Storage and Shelf Life
GB DJ310 hotmelt butyl sealant should be stored over the temperature from -10ºC~30ºC in original unopened containers. It has a shelf life of 24months from the date of manufacture.
Transport
GB DJ310 hotmelt butyl sealant is non hazardous for transportation by land, air or sea.

Surface reparation
Clean all joints removing all foreign matter and contaminants such as oil, grease, dust, water, frost, surface dirt etc..
Application Method
Apply GUIBAO DJ310 hotmelt butyl sealant with sealant extruder special for insulating glass production line over the temperature from 100 ºC to 150 ºC, and the ambient temperature should not be below 10ºC.
Safety Information
- Cured hotmelt butyl sealant can be handled without any risk to health.
- Should uncured butyl sealant contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical treatment if irritation persists.
- Keep away from children.
- Good ventilation is necessary for work &cure place.
